Why can't I use the LOAD/UNLOAD SQL command in ESQL/C Code? Is there another why? I always get a syntax error while compiling. Hope someone can help me.

    • load/unload are no SQL commands. They can't be

used inside esql/c. They are only built in into 'dbaccess',

      'isql' or 4gl (AFAIK).

You need to write your own load/unload in esql/c or

call 'dbaccess' for unload/load or 'dbload' or 'HPL'.

      HTH.

      Best regards
